Made with 100% natural ingredients, our Natural Scent "WHITE" Deodorant not only helps keep you dry, but is perfect for people with sensitivities to strong smells. Because we refuse to use bleached, refined, or deodorized ingredients, we can't claim it is "unscented", but all you will smell is the clean fresh natural ingredients used in making our deodorant.

Why is your deodorant in a tin and not a roll-on?
Many people ask this question. So many, in fact, that we felt we should share our answer with you here. Simply put, 90-100% of what touches your underarm will be absorbed by your skin and will be in your bloodstream within 20 minutes...we feel very strongly that toxins from shouldn't be in your deodorant! As a bonus - our 4 oz tin can be enough deodorant to keep you dry for up to 6 months!
What about bacterial contamination in the deodorant tin?
We have specifically formulated our deodorants with ingredients that have powerful antibacterial and antifungal properties for this very reason. One way to promote a long shelf life of your deodorant is to store it with the lid on, in a cool, dry location and apply with DRY fingertips only. Bacteria will grow anywhere there is food, moisture, and warmth.
YIKES! This is my first time using a NATURAL DEODORANT!
Switching to a natural deodorant for the first time can be a bit unnerving. Some people notice an increase in perspiration and odor. we have found this to be a natural detoxification process that may last a few days or a few weeks. Aluminum based antiperspirants work by clogging the sweat glands. Once you begin using a natural product, your body may begin releasing stored toxins.
Don't worry, your body is working with you to bringing balance once again.
A way to minimize this transition is to TAKE IT SLOW! Introduce your new Riverstone Naturals deodorant every 2nd or 3rd day (in between using your old antiperspirant). Take your time and increase the natural deodorant days while decreasing your dependence on antiperspirant over the days/weeks to follow.
Remember to be good to yourself...drink more water...eat clean, whole foods...and get plenty of rest.
Why do I get a red rash from natural deodorants?
We have sold over 3000 Riverstone Naturals Deodorants and have found that 5% of people end up with a red rash on the skin under their arm. Baking Soda is the Evil Villain here! We've been aware of baking soda's irritating nature since researching the ingredients for our very first tin of deodorant. We've even taken it out of the recipe all together...with no success. Sadly, if you have reacted to baking soda in your natural deodorant in the past, that means that Riverstone Naturals Deodorant is simply NOT for you :( If this is your first time trying our deodorant and you have a red rash...just contact us and we will refund your money - REALLY!
