(1) Apply 1-2 drops of Riverstone Naturals Tooth Oil on a wet toothbrush, then dip the brush into the Tooth Polish, brush, rinse and spit. Rinse toothbrush.
(2) Place some Tooth Polish into a glass of water, rinse, gargle and spit as needed.
For sensitive teeth: We recommend using Riverstone Naturals Tooth Oil daily and Tooth Polish for occasional use to promote natural stain removal and re-mineralization. Use as needed based on your personal dental needs.
